Chef Curtis Hackaday Curtis Hackaday is widely regarded as one of the most daring and creative chefs in the Piedmont Triad. A standout in New American, New Southern and global eclectic cuisine, he is also a certified forager and a champion of local agriculture. Hackaday has since 2012 held the role of chef de cuisine at Winston-Salem’s 1703 Restaurant & Catering.
